This opportunity is generally not afforded to students who decided to study in other countries, such as the United States. It allows the students to make some money to fund/her ongoing studies and living costs, all the while giving the student connections in the local labor market. These professional networks could be the lead to landing a great job upon graduation. Under the Post-Graduation Work Permit, a student can obtain a work permit valid for up to three years, depending on the duration of his/her study program.
  • No job offers are required.
  • Work with any employer across Canada and change jobs when you want to.
  • Get that all-important Canadian work experience as you work towards obtaining permanent residence.

Provincial Nominee Programmers

Most provinces and territories in Canada can nominate immigrants through the Provincial Nominee Program Canada (PNP). To qualify under these programs, you must have the skills, education and work experience to contribute substantially to the economy of that province or territory, and you just want to live there. Every province and territory has its own “streams” (immigration programs that target certain groups) and criteria for their PNP. For example, in a program stream, provinces and territories may target students, business people, skilled workers or semi-skilled workers. If you are nominated under a non-Express Entry stream, you must apply through the paper-based process. EARTHLINK CONSULTANTS UK will help you in this process and if the province or territory finds you eligible and nominates you, you will have to send in an application to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). EARTHLINK CONSULTANTS UK will also assist you with this application. EARTHLINK CONSULTANTS UK also helps you with your settlement and integration into the Province or Territory that nominated you.
